At PuraVida Reiki, we believe you are your own healer.

When experiencing deep changes in our lives, we at times can develop a “healing crisis” this can show as an array of challenges both physical, emotional and as mental discomfort possibly triggered by deep trauma, loss of a love one, animal companion, a job changes or experiencing deep shifts in expanding your own spiritual growth, discovering ones “Awakening” as many of us are now and the need to reconcile with the past.

Utilizing energy work can be beneficial in moving through difficult integrations and releasing these “stuck” energies.
